What's another week when you've been in prison for ten years?
Judge Clouse decided to push back Beatty Chadwick's hearing to December 6th, meaning that an elderly man with cancer will be in prison for at least one more week for failing to prove, to the satisfaction of his bitter and rancorous ex-wife, that he doesn't have millions of dollars stashed somewhere in the world.
Judge Clouse also said the hearing will be "en banc" which is a judicial code phrase meaning "I don't want to be out on this limb all by myself."
Today's contest is: which two judges will be on the "en banc" panel with Clouse?
(a) Pagano and Durham
(b) Pagano and Bradley
(c) Pagano and Zetusky
(c) Durham and Bradley
(d) Durham and Zetusky
(e) Bradley and Zetusky
The winner gets lunch for three on a Tuesday at the Towne House.

Why does Judge Clouse have it in for Beatty? TEN years? What I would like to know is what punishments Judge Clouse handed down for real crimes.
There must be more to this. Does Clouse hate Mr.Chadwick? Is he involved with Mrs.Chadwick? Think about it. TEN years, getting really old, has cancer and because of ONE man, he will probably die there.
P.S. I'm glad you started this blog.
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
I'm glad you started it also!
All three of you are dicks; if you are man enough stop hiding behind aliases and such, I would have a little respect for you, however; you all hide behind hidden personas that shows how are weak and frightened you actually are. I guess low lifes such as yourselves which are to afraid to show your true identity run rampart within county government.
I expect this to be followed up by some idiotic excuse why you cannot identify so I digress.
