Attempted break-out at the juvenile justice center
We heard that there was an attempted break-out last night at the Juvenile Justice Center in Lima. Developing . . . (as Matt Drudge would say).

The detention center in Lima has more problems than kids trying to break out. How about the huge drug problem that many of the detention officers have. I know I worked there. The kids that are locked up even know these guys on the street. When is the county going to start random employee drug testing. Never. They would have to pay for rehab or hire a lot, a lot of new staff. Shameful
